Meet our president
Ari Washington- Perry
While attending and graduating from Michigan State University with a bachelors of art in communication, Washington utilized her skills and connections at a young age to gain experience in the public relations and marketing fields. Interning for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and American Airlines Arena, Youngstown Steelhounds (CHL) and working in the front office for the men’s basketball department and Coach Tom Izzo at Michigan State University, Washington was able to gain much knowledge and hands on experience in the sports industry. After 4 years of solid experience on both the collegiate and professional level, Washington decided to branch off on her own and made the decision in 2010 to found Double Coverage PR Group.
